The Fire Sprinkler Helper will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to safety and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• OSHA 10/30, blueprint reading, ability to read a tape measure, attention to detail, safety awareness.
• Assist in the installation of fire sprinkler systems in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Help with the maintenance and repair of existing fire sprinkler systems.
• Carry tools and materials, and prepare work areas for installation.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized worksite.
• Support the lead technician with tasks as needed, including cutting and threading pipes, drilling holes, and assembling system components.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
• Learn and adhere to company and industry standards for fire sprinkler systems.
