About The Position

This position is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. The role involves inspecting, testing, and performing system checks to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and safely. The foreman will lead 2-3 person crews, overseeing work on customer sites and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Essential duties include conducting routine preventative maintenance on sprinkler fire systems, servicing and inspecting wet, dry, and pre-action systems, and maintaining, repairing, or replacing fire sprinkler equipment and systems in strict accordance with applicable codes and standards. The foreman will interact with customers in a mature and professional manner, providing advanced level technical assistance for team members and customers as needed. Additionally, the foreman will teach trade skills to advancing apprentices/helpers and complete detailed inspection reports, documenting any issues and reporting results of work completed in an accurate and timely manner. The position also requires protecting and maintaining company equipment, inspecting and maintaining the truck and all related equipment, and operating warehouse equipment safely. The foreman will respond to emergency service calls and maintain a clean and safe workspace while performing other duties assigned by management.
