About The Position

We’re looking for a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a supportive group to inspect, maintain, and fit fire sprinkler systems, helping ensure they’re working properly and meeting safety standards. As a Fire Sprinkler Foreman, you’ll play a vital role in installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems. You’ll collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and ensure system compliance with fire safety codes. This role is perfect for a mechanically inclined professional with a passion for fire safety and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in fire sprinkler system installation, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Physical ability to perform the job, including climbing, lifting, and working in various environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Nice To Haves

  • Completed apprenticeship or formal training in fire sprinkler system installation.
  • Relevant certifications, such as NICET, are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety codes and regulations.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capable of working in diverse conditions and lifting equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Install fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings, following blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure system functionality and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire sprinkler components and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify system readiness and compliance with local, state, and national fire safety codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
  • Work closely with project managers, construction professionals, and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
