About The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation teams on commercial and residential projects. This role blends hands-on installation with crew leadership and coordination to deliver code-compliant work on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing and supervising fire sprinkler systems
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and jobsite safety
- Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and solve field issues
- Clear communication with internal teams and contractors
Responsibilities
- Lead installation teams and apprentices on projects of all sizes
- Execute installations per fire sprinkler design plans and NFPA codes
- Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and design/purchasing teams
- Perform hands-on installation, operate lifts, and work at heights
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical data, and codes
