About The Position

We are currently hiring for a Fire Sprinkler Foreman in Boydton, VA. As a fire sprinkler foreman you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire protection sprinkler systems. Qualifications for this role include 3+ years of experience installing fire sprinklers, at least 1 year of foreman experience and must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation
1+ years of experience as a fire sprinkle foreman leading crews of 5+
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Knowledgeable with NFPA 13 and relevant codes
Able to work in confined spaces and heights
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments, including outdoor or inclement weather
Willingness to travel to multiple job sites as needed (typically not overnight).

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew members (ranging from 8-10 people) on fire sprinkler installation, assembly, and repair
Manage labor and materials efficiently to meet project budgets
Maintain accurate documents of hours, manpower, work performed and resource utilization
Provide training and guidance to crew members to improve skills, safety protocols, and productivity
Attend job site and office meetings related to ongoing projects
Lead the installation of wet, CPVC, and steel sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings
Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings accurately
Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Foster a positive team environment, mentoring team members and promoting safety
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned
