About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation teams on commercial and residential projects. This role combines hands-on sprinkler system installation with field leadership and coordination to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with NFPA standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining high-quality installation standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience installing and supervising fire sprinkler systems
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and job-site safety practices
• Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and solve field issues effectively
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
• Professional communication skills when working with contractors and internal teams
• Ability to work in field environments, including elevated work areas
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fire sprinkler installation teams and apprentices
• Execute installations in accordance with approved design plans and NFPA codes
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and design/purchasing teams
• Perform hands-on installation work, including lift operation and working at heights
• Read and interpret blueprints, system drawings, and technical documentation
• Maintain job-site safety compliance and quality control standards
• Identify and resolve field challenges to maintain project timelines
