About The Position
The Sprinkler Design Manager is responsible for leading a team of Sprinkler Designers, ensuring the quality and timeliness of design work, and providing support to sales and operations teams. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing staff, as well as developing project timelines and overseeing the production of detailed design documents. The manager will also facilitate communication between various departments and serve as a senior technical resource for the company.
