About The Position

Wiginton Fire Systems is looking for select individuals in the Pensacola, Florida area who are ready to start their careers in the fire sprinkler trade. While all are welcome to apply, experience in construction or related hands-on trades is highly valued and will be prioritized in the selection process. Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• License: Valid driver’s license
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable working at heights, working outside, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background screening
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures
• Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Certifications: Willingness to go through hands-on training as well as achieving state or national certifications
