About The Position

We are seeking a Fire Service Technician II to manage the health of critical life safety networks. You will bridge the gap between sophisticated technology and client safety by troubleshooting fire alarm systems ( EST3, Silent Knight, Notifier ) and resolving everything from ground faults to communication failures. If you have a background in healthcare-specific infrastructure (Nurse Call, cabling) and thrive in high-stakes environments, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years troubleshooting fire alarm, security, or nurse call systems.
• Must be able to get vaccinations/immunizations needed to be on site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot fire alarm systems – EST3, Silent Knight, Notifier, etc.
• Identify false alarms, battery troubles, ground faults, open circuits, power loss, communication failures, etc.
