Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
• NPFA Extinguisher Certification/License is required.
• Fire Extinguisher License (if required by state, county, and/or city).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in sales and upselling fire/safety-related products and services is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills for scheduling and coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales and upselling additional fire/safety-related products and services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train team members in portable fire extinguisher and emergency/exit lighting inspection, service, repair, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to team members regarding fire safety equipment.
• Conduct customer onsite audits for fire extinguisher and emergency/exit lighting systems.
• Assist team members with inspections and services as needed.
• Sell and promote fire services and products to grow the customer base.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations daily.
• Maintain and clean all equipment, including the service van.
• Complete required reporting and billing using electronic devices.
• Utilize fire service inspection software and provide training to team members.
• Meet with management to discuss goals and objectives.
