About The Position

At 1-800-Packouts Midwest, we help families and businesses recover after disasters such as fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. Our Pack Out team plays a vital role in restoring peace of mind by carefully handling, cleaning, and documenting personal property. Position Overview We’re looking for a Contents Specialist to join our Pack Out Department. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of fieldwork and facility-based tasks. No experience is required—we provide full training.

Responsibilities

Pack and prepare personal property from homes and businesses.
Drive a company vehicle to job sites (must have a valid driver’s license).
Clean and restore items at our facility, including furniture, dishes, and electronics.
Use contents‑tracking software to log items and upload photos.
Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers.
