About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager for Impact Fire Services will oversee operations for the Northeast Region, focusing on driving performance, business growth, and financial success. This senior leadership role requires managing multiple district teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a safe work environment while achieving operational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a supervisory or management role with multi-state/multi-location experience.
  • A four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration is preferred.
  • Successful multi-location management experience within the Fire Life Safety or Fire Protection industry.
  • Experience in driving business growth and efficiencies.
  • Managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for multiple districts and locations.
  • Ability to recruit, build, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Well-developed interviewing and hiring skills.
  • Experience in driving acquisitions and managing integrations.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region, including overnight lodging.
  • Passion for team safety and ability to prioritize safe work operations.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop employees.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations across the Northeast U.S. Region, including offices in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey.
  • Achieve financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals set by senior leaders.
  • Lead and support district teams to meet performance goals.
  • Retain and motivate district teams to ensure high performance.
  • Drive growth through new business and acquisitions.
  • Manage acquisition growth and integrations effectively.
  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for all districts within the region.
  • Facilitate regular district meetings for coordination and financial status monitoring.
  • Manage revenue and cost control, addressing any budgetary deficiencies.
  • Foster and enforce a safe work environment.
