About The Position
The Fire Protection Engineer / Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) is responsible for the prevention, identification, mitigation, and investigation of fire hazards to ensure the safety of people, structures, and commodities. This role involves implementing a comprehensive fire protection and life safety program, interpreting and applying relevant codes and regulations, and overseeing fire safety measures to protect life and property from fire-related risks.
