About The Position

Reese Roofing & Construction is expanding and looking for a Fire Insurance Restoration Specialist to help homeowners navigate the process of rebuilding after fire damage. This role is focused on insurance restoration sales and project coordination, working directly with homeowners, insurance carriers, and adjusters to restore homes affected by fire damage. This is a fully commission-based position with uncapped earning potential for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the restoration industry. Position Overview As a Fire Insurance Restoration Specialist, you will work directly with homeowners whose properties have experienced fire damage. Your role is to help guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process, coordinate inspections, and manage projects from the initial consultation through completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner, ensuring the project moves smoothly while delivering excellent service during a stressful time. 100% Commission-Based • Industry leading commissions on restoration projects • Typical fire restoration projects range from $20,000 – $150,000+ • Commissions can range from $3,000 – $15,000+ per project Top performers can earn six-figure incomes. There is no cap on earnings. Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working directly with homeowners during stressful situations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or restoration experience preferred
  • Experience as an insurance adjuster, mitigation technician, or contractor is a major plus
