About The Position
This position performs administrative and technical duties in the enforcement of fire codes, fire investigations, and fire and life safety activities as assigned. The role involves assisting the general public with questions concerning fire code issues, performing inspections of new construction, existing buildings, and conducting fire investigations. The position requires the ability to work a 40-hour workweek with on-call status for investigations, emergencies, and special events.
