About The Position

This position involves performing inspections for e-lights, fire alarms, extinguishers, ansul hoods, and all fire sprinkler related items. You will identify deficiencies and complete inspection reports in full prior to leaving the site, providing detailed notes in Sedona including all part numbers and requirements needed for accurate proposals for deficiency repairs. You will work closely with the estimator to ensure accuracy regarding part numbers and requirements, clearly communicate findings with customers, and submit completed inspection reports to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for small to mid-level repairs, leading projects, delegating tasks to team members, and coaching and developing fellow team members.
