About The Position

We are a growing fire protection company dedicated to keeping businesses safe, compliant, and protected. Our team specializes in fire inspections, life safety systems, and code compliance services. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated sales professional to join our team and help build lasting client relationships. We are seeking a driven, mid-entry level Fire Inspection Sales Representative to generate new business and maintain existing client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with some sales experience who is eager to grow in a stable, essential industry.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of fire protection systems is a plus (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire inspection services
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and assess client needs
  • Prepare and present proposals and service agreements
  • Follow up on leads, bids, and existing accounts
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
