About The Position

Impact Fire Services is seeking a Technician to join our team in Hudson, New Hampshire. This position involves providing inspections, selling, and servicing a variety of fire suppression components, including fire extinguishers and emergency lights. The Technician will be responsible for meeting weekly service and productivity goals while adhering to safety procedures and learning applicable fire protection codes. The role offers an opportunity to learn a trade with multiple career paths in fire and life safety, supported by a company culture focused on mentorship and training.

Requirements

• Fire Extinguisher experience is a plus but not required. Will train.
• The ability to learn applicable inspection and servicing codes.
• A valid driver's license and a current and sustainable good driving record.
• Excellent selling, communications, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Applicable experience either in the fire protection industry or the commercial customer service business in some capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspections, selling, and servicing a variety of fire suppression components including fire extinguishers, emergency lights and other fire products.
• Achieve any weekly productivity goals.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain any licensing and certification required by National, State and Local codes.
• Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including the driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies.
