About The Position

As an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) with Paul Davis, you will serve your community during critical times, generating revenue opportunities by consulting with property owners affected by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergencies. You will work closely with public emergency response agencies and private entities, fostering customer loyalty through positive relationships. Your role will also involve participating in community awareness events and proactively seeking opportunities to assist those in need. ERCs are dynamic speakers who can effectively communicate in both one-on-one and group settings, ensuring property owners feel confident in your ability to manage their recovery process.

Requirements

• Confidence in establishing and maintaining relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proven ability to close sales and provide quality customer service.
• Ability to turn emotionally distraught customers into satisfied ones.
• Professional, compassionate, courteous, positive, and informative demeanor.
• Knowledge of restoration products and services.
• Dynamic speaking skills and comfort in group settings.
• Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
• Combination of leadership and sales skills.
• 4-6 years experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, medical, construction, or insurance.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, firefighter, and/or insurance industries.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events.
• Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities to enable effective implementation of recovery initiatives.
• Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer.
• Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs.
• Volunteer non-operational time to related community events.
• Be on call 24/7.
• Represent the franchise and the Paul Davis brand.
• Educate consumers on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need.
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to lead sources.
• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.
• Communicate services to affected property owners.
• Market the Emergency Recovery Program.
• Support franchisee and franchisor organizational mission, vision, and value statement.
