Marksman Security / Toyota Fire Rescue is seeking a proven leader to serve as Fire Company Captain at our brand-new Liberty, NC battery manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of our people, operations, and community while upholding Toyota’s world-class standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise brigade members in fire suppression, rescue, and hazardous materials response.
• Coordinate emergency operations during fires, medical calls, and high-risk incidents unique to an industrial/battery environment.
• Conduct training, drills, and equipment checks to maintain readiness and compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and Toyota protocols.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Collaborate closely with Plant Safety, Security, and local emergency response agencies.
