About The Position
The Goodyear Fire Department Cadet Program is a mentorship initiative designed to engage volunteers in supporting the department and the community. Fire Cadets will gain practical experience through real-life firefighter shift work, assist with patient care, and receive hands-on training in firefighting skills and job testing.
