About The Position

As a Service Fire Alarm Technician, you will play a key role in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fire alarm systems at a variety of client sites. We are looking for someone with solid field experience who takes pride in delivering quality work and exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fire alarm installation, service, or maintenance
• Working knowledge of industry codes (NFPA 72, NEC, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• NICET certification a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems per industry codes and manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing efficient and effective solutions
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on existing equipment
• Complete service calls, inspections, and related documentation accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
