Impact Fire Services is a full-service fire protection company established in 2009, providing installation, maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and retrofit of fire safety systems. Requirements

  • Applicable licensing and certification required by National, State and Local codes.
  • NICET Certification and/or verifiable work history of 5+ years desired (Fire Sprinkler Experience is a plus but not required).
  • Experience in industrial applications preferred.
  • Ability to learn applicable installation, inspection, and servicing codes.
  • Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fire sprinkler systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with customers, supervisors, and service team members.
  • Perform routine inspections, scheduled repairs, and emergency service calls on fire alarm systems.
  • Conduct routine service and maintenance tasks on fire alarm systems in industrial, commercial, and residential buildings.
  • Inspect, test, clean components, and verify system functionality.
  • Identify and diagnose issues with fire alarm systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty components, wiring, and equipment to restore optimal system performance.
  • Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
  • Manage job scheduling and progress efficiently and cost-effectively, focusing on quality.
  • Respond to service requests and accurately diagnose fire alarm system malfunctions, adjusting, repairing, or replacing equipment as needed.
  • Educate customers on fire alarm system functionality, best practices, and emergency response procedures.
  • Complete and submit all required task-related documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Maintain and care for equipment trucks, lifts, tools, etc.
  • Manage time to maximize service, inspection, and installation calls while maintaining quality.
  • Achieve weekly productivity goals assigned by the Fire Alarm Manager or designated Agent.
  • Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain necessary state licensing.
