We’re looking for a Fire Alarm Technician to join our team and help install, service, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems. In this role, you’ll work with a supportive group dedicated to providing reliable safety solutions for our clients.

  • Install fire alarm systems, including electrical wiring and equipment, ensuring compliance with NFPA codes.
  • Program, test, and inspect fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs of fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure all systems meet local licensure requirements, including acquiring and maintaining necessary licenses/certifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  • Travel to job sites across the Philadelphia area and surrounding areas as necessary (company vehicle provided).
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of work completed and provide clear reports to clients and management.
  • Hands-on experience in the fire alarm industry, including installation and inspection.
  • Familiarity with all applicable NFPA codes and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to carry and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy.
