About The Position

We’re seeking an Alarm Manager who is motivated, organized, and passionate about customer service and team leadership. You’ll oversee our fire protection alarm department, ensuring projects, and jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fire protection or related service management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and team success

Nice To Haves

  • NICET certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage service technicians, schedulers, and support staff
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of fire protection services (inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs)
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams to drive performance
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and compliance with safety and industry standards
  • Hire, train, and develop team members as part of their long-term career path
