About The Position
As a Fire Alarm Salesperson at Silco Fire & Security, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new customers for our fire alarm systems and related services. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present customized fire safety solutions to meet those needs effectively. You will be part of a company that has been protecting people and property for over 40,000 businesses throughout Ohio and its surrounding areas by maintaining, monitoring, and installing fire protection and security systems to keep customers' facilities safe and in compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that include prospecting and lead generation, consultative selling, solution presentation, relationship building, quoting and negotiation, pipeline management, and staying informed about industry trends. You will also provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth transition during system implementation and ongoing maintenance. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by management will be a key part of your success in this position.
