About The Position
Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician at Harroun in Kalamazoo, MI to install Fire Alarm Systems for all types of projects including Industrial and Commercial. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient, and work well with others. This position involves working with the existing customer base to help grow Fire Alarm Sales regionally, selling FA Inspections & Service, and requires knowledge of FA Code. The technician will perform on-site inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm, suppression, and releasing systems as well as associated devices in accordance with industry standards. A thorough understanding of the principles of fire alarm protection and fire alarm systems is essential, along with superior communication skills.
