About The Position

We are one of the largest mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors in Indiana and among the preeminent specialty contractors in the nation. We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects. Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fire Alarm Division. #shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-Onsite

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in Fire Alarm
• Experience in working with General Contractors
• Experience in high paced work environment.
• Ability to communicate well with others and lead a team
• NICET ll or willingness to obtain
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Nice To Haves

• Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of a regional Fire Alarm Department
• Ability to sell and execute projects.
• Review inspection reporting and price deficiencies as required.
• Responsible for the ordering of all Fire Alarm parts
• Responsible for the hiring and management of Fire Alarm Technicians.
• Manage all personnel and projects in the Division.
• Other duties as assigned
