About The Position

We’re looking for a Fire Alarm Installer to join our team and help install fire life safety systems in commercial buildings. This is a hands-on role and a great opportunity for someone with construction or low-voltage experience who wants to build a career in the fire alarm industry. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and project leads, learning how to install devices, run wiring, and support job site activities safely and efficiently. Requirements

  • 0–2+ years of experience in construction or low-voltage work (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules when needed
  • Ability to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to bend, stand, walk, and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to drive to job sites (up to 2+ hours per day)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installing fire alarm devices and systems
  • Pull wire, perform construction rough-ins, and support demo work
  • Read and follow basic drawings and instructions
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Use hand tools and equipment needed for installation
  • Follow all safety rules and company policies
  • Show up on time and work scheduled shifts
