About The Position
S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a Fire Alarm Installation Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and programming of various alarm systems, including Fire Alarm, Access Control, Nurse Call, Intrusion, Sound, CCTV, and IP Video Systems. The technician will work closely with Project Managers and the Operations Manager to meet the company's goal of growing the revenues of the Alarm & Detection department while maintaining profits and satisfying customer requirements. The position requires a strong focus on quality work performance and customer development, as well as compliance with all required regulations and guidelines. The technician will be responsible for accurately completing all required paperwork, such as Work Tickets and Inspection and/or Deficiency Reports for all service calls and inspections. Exceptional customer service is a key component of this role, as the technician will provide detailed oral and written feedback to management concerning customer issues. Effective communication and coordination with team members and customers are essential, as the technician will participate in the department's on-call rotation and may need to work flexible hours. This position requires the ability to work on low voltage systems and may involve travel to customer sites, including occasional overnight travel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment and possess a strong technical background in the Fire Alarm or Security industry.
