About The Position

Encore Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Executive to drive estimates, proposals, and customer negotiations for fire alarm installation projects across Delaware Valley. This is a key role for someone who already knows their way around fire alarm systems, codes, and project sales — and is ready to hit the ground running. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in fire alarm or life safety project sales, who thrives on building long-term customer relationships while also managing the technical and operational details that set projects up for success. If you’re competitive, detail-oriented, and motivated to lead complex projects from proposal through handoff, we want to talk.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in fire alarm, life safety, or related construction/project sales is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, NFPA codes, and installation requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, on complex, technical projects
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/estimating tools (HubSpot, Service Trade, or similar) a plus.
We’ll show you the ropes, but you need to be willing to dive in and learn these tools quickly
This is not an entry-level sales role. We’re looking for someone who brings real expertise and industry credibility.

Responsibilities

Generate new business and expand existing customer relationships for fire alarm installation projects
Conduct site visits, review construction documents, and develop accurate estimates and proposals based on NFPA and local code requirements
Partner with general contractors, building owners, and property managers to define project scope and requirements
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field technicians to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to execution
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to regional growth
