What you will do: Conduct routine inspections, testing, service, and preventive maintenance on Life Safety systems (Electrical, Sprinkler, Suppression) across multiple manufacturers. Work with low‑voltage wiring and related devices. Follow a structured inspection schedule and complete all assigned work on time. Document inspection results using a laptop or mobile device; input, retrieve, and archive inspection records. Make minor system repairs and programming adjustments as needed. Provide technical guidance and training for junior inspectors or trainees. Perform additional duties as assigned. How you will do it: Use low‑voltage wiring techniques and associated equipment. Accurately complete Service Acknowledgements and related documentation. Always maintain compliance with safety procedures and quality standards. Work in a variety of environments, including heights, confined spaces, and above-ceiling areas. Support customers with professionalism and strong communication.
