About The Position

Requirements

• Passing grade from an appropriate trade school.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work in unusual and difficult positions such as climbing ladders and working in crawl spaces.
• Excellent communication skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and team members.
• Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of fire protection systems including low voltage wiring and device installation.
• Secure all Johnson Controls tools and equipment at the end of each work period.
• Maintain proper documentation for all work performed.
• Review project drawings to obtain necessary facts for installation activities.
• Work alternative shifts or weekends as required to meet customer and job requirements.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
