About The Position

Manage a high volume of calls and emails from both internal
and external customers. Understands the liability involved with fire inspections
and works to ensure compliance with applicable standards. Manages submission of
inspection reports to fire departments. Communicates with branch personnel for
the collection of data related to the issuance and maintenance of UL
certifications.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years post-high school education preferred
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong data entry ability
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant programs
• Proficient typing skills
• Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls from Fire Admin phone queues
• Answers emails from Fire Router Queue inbox
• Submits inspection reports and corrections to 3rd party sites
• Issues/renews/revises/cancels UL certificates
• Manages LOLI ticket list
• Manages dead account ticket list
• Updates territories
• Add SIS inspections to accounts
• Monitors RocketChat in public and private fire router channels
