About The Position
The Fios Base Digital Retention Senior Manager will be part of the Verizon Base Marketing team is responsible for developing and establishing digital as a true retention channel for Fios base customers. This role involves setting up end to end digital funnel reporting, creating accurate digital data feeds for measuring media and digital offer ROI's, amplifying loyalty/retention offers, anticipating potential churn risks, leveraging data sources to evaluate campaign performance, and working closely with various partners to implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
