About The Position

We are looking for a motivated undergraduate intern to support our team in researching and exploring new fintech ideas. This role provides hands-on exposure to market research, trend analysis, and early-stage innovation, with the opportunity to learn how fintech companies are built from the ground up.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (business, economics, engineering, or related field preferred)
• Strong interest in fintech, startups, and venture capital
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Authorized to work in the US
• Available to work full-time (5 days/week) in person at our NYC office

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fintech space
• Gather and analyze qualitative data from articles, reports, interviews, and user research
• Support brainstorming sessions and assist with informational interviews
• Help prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations
• Work closely with team members across functions and support portfolio company initiatives
