Requirements

• Record of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and apply paint, ink or other coating agents to products or materials to enhance and/or provide corrosion resistance per manufacturing requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine prepping /deprepping.
• Mix paints and inks with proper thinner solution to obtain correct consistency for application.
• Apply paint in accordance with product requirements.
• Mask parts and clean parts.
• Select holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials for proper application of paints.
• Verify finished parts meet specifications and blueprints using measuring devices.
