About The Position

The Finishing Utility Relief position is responsible for providing coverage for various roles during breaks and absences on the 3rd shift. This role ensures the smooth operation of the finishing process by managing materials and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements

• Experience in operating pole lift truck preferred but must obtain lift truck license.
• Ability to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Relieve Console Operator, Direct Coater, Froth Machine Operator, Hyster Driver, and Sew-On Operator during breaks or absences.
• Keep core buggies, sew-on waste boxes, and greige good wrap containers available.
• Use lift truck to move core buggies, waste, and greige good wrap to proper locations.
• Use pole lift truck to pull rolls for coater when needed.
• Assist in keeping work areas in a clean, orderly manner.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
