This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Job Description: Motor Testing & Quality Assurance: Operate testing machines, adjust test panel settings, and evaluate results to ensure motors meet quality standards and specifications. Documentation & Tools Usage: Read and interpret manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and special instructions; identify and use appropriate tools, supplies, and materials. Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with team members, support cross-training, communicate issues, and assist with other departmental functions as needed. Safety & Housekeeping: Prioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, report issues, maintain cleanliness, and be available for overtime and additional duties.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions

Nice To Haves

• Motor manufacturing experience preferred
