Requirements

  • Ability to read and learn various types of measuring equipment.
  • Basic math skills
  • Must have excellent attendance record.
  • Must have solid work history.
  • Hand eye coordination is desired.
  • Must have a great attitude.
  • We are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be a professional with strong work ethic and comfortable working as part of a team that includes all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of machines in the area; visually deburr parts and assemble parts into assemblies under the direction of the Area Supervisor and/or Lead Person.
  • Ability to inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements.
  • Learn to use various types of measuring devices.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Uses SPC to monitor process control and product conformance.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures and complies with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Performs preventative daily machine and workstation maintenance.
  • Follows all safety requirements including use of PPE when required.
