The company is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented operator to manage its digital finishing equipment, contributing to the production of high-quality printed labels and packaging.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Basic math and ruler-reading ability
• Team-player attitude — willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Nice To Haves

• Printing or manufacturing experience for machine operation

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing machines to meet production goals
• Complete start-up checklists and follow job specs
• Inspect labels using a video monitor for quality and accuracy
• Flag and track defective labels
• Record label counts and complete simple production paperwork
• Keep your area clean and perform basic maintenance
• Communicate with the next shift about job or machine updates
