About The Position

· To work rotating shifts
· To operate table in Finishing Mode
· To understand the Theory of Finishing
· Basic computer skills
· The ability to construct and interpret JIBS.
· To perform all tasks requested by Finishing Team Lead Group Leader and or
Finishing Area Manager.
· To perform minor maintenance work.
· To have the ability to understand the Trailer Card for Finishing information
and instructions.
· To act as a mature, responsible member of the Finishing Team.
· To work on Process Improvement upgrades.
· To participate on various department groups or committees.
· To work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
