About The Position

As a leading provider of digitally printed graphics and collateral, C2 Imaging partners with some of the most recognizable brands in the industry. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team and are seeking a Bindery Operator to support our busy department. If you have hands-on experience in cutting, binding, punching, saddle stitching, collating, and general bindery and finishing procedures, we want to hear from you! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements

2+ years of experience with various bindery functions.
Proficiency with MBO folders and Challenge (or equivalent) cutters is required.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where both speed and quality are essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
