About The Position

Easton Technical Products is the world leader in precision arrows. For over 90 years, our products have stood as the gold standard for quality and innovation as well as the product of choice for professional archers and hunters throughout the world. We are currently looking for Finishing Operator for Pultrusion to join our team. This role will work 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days.

Requirements

Speak, understand, read and write English
Must be able to work overtime, if needed
Excellent mechanical aptitude
Be able to lift, push and pull 50lbs.
Be able to explain MSDS for applicable products
Complete training requirements per ISO 9001
Complete training requirements per ISO 14001

Responsibilities

Run and maintain equipment; and be able to trouble shoot any type of process problems.
Must be able to perform preventative maintenance on machine
Enforce safety by abiding by company safety policy and monitor employees
Perform hourly buyoffs; this includes documentation of daily buyoff sheets and recording information into the computer
Perform shift buyoffs
Complete production goals
Complete appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
Keep area clean
Understand how lean thinking applies to area
