Operators must safely operate mobile equipment and perform preventive maintenance on balers, report irregularities, and provide thorough shift communications. Training new operators and performing other tasks as needed are also part of the role. The work environment is dusty and not climate-controlled, requiring the ability to lift 50 pounds.
