Requirements

• 1+ years of industrial experience - Preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High School Diploma/GED required - A basic education credential is essential.
• Proven mechanical aptitude - Able to troubleshoot and operate machinery effectively.
• Attention to detail and dependability - Strong commitment to accuracy and reliability in completing tasks.
• Ability to work shift work - Flexible in working various shifts as needed to meet production schedules.
• Physical requirements - Capable of lifting up to 60lbs and working in a plant environment for extended periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the US - All candidates must meet this requirement.
• Must be able to pass a drug/physical/background check - Ensures all candidates meet the health and safety standards for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operates hand and power equipment - Ensures machinery is functioning properly to produce products with accuracy and efficiency.
• Runs machinery and handles materials - Coordinates equipment setup and material handling to maintain smooth production operations.
• Ensures proper safety procedures are followed - Complies with safety standards to maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Operates mobile and packing equipment - Manages packing and banding processes to prepare finished products for shipment.
• Completes other duties as assigned by management - Assists in various operational tasks to support the production process.
