Phoenix Color Job Title: Finishing Machine Operator Lakeside Job Title: Light Equipment Operator 2 As a Finishing Finishing Machine Operator / LEO2, you’ll play an important role in our production team by:

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods
  • Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed
  • Mechanically inclined – able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical experience

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery
  • Monitoring production runs and adjusting machines as needed
  • Performing quality checks to ensure top product standards
  • Monitoring film temperature and machine performance
  • Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
  • Supporting the team with other duties as needed
