About The Position

Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Perform trimming, folding, binding, and other finishing tasks. Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assemble and package final products for delivery or shipping. Operate finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, and binders. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the finishing area. Follow job specifications and company standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and resolve issues.

Requirements

High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work on repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift to 30 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
No experience necessary; will train.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and operate various finishing equipment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in printing or finishing is a plus, but not required.
