About The Position

Responsible for caulking, cleaning, hole patching, flashing, waveguides, louver plates, and floor painting. Responsible for completing finishing tasks in a timely manner with quality work.

Requirements

• One (1) to six (6) months' experience and/or related training. (carpentry or facility maintenance experience)
• Ability to carry read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Knowledge of basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to solve problems in variety of standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Tile and paint flooring.
• Install doors and door locks.
• Clean buildings
• Apply caulking.
• Dry wall work including spackling.
• Install flashing.
• Install waveguides.
• Install Louvers plates.
• Trim work.
• Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Knowledge of basic math additions and deductions
• Ability to solve problems in a variety of standardized situations.
