About The Position

Requirements

• Knowledge of concrete finishing.
• Experience with the use of trade tools.
• Understanding of lay down procedures.
• Ability to perform proper surface preparation for concrete finishing.

Responsibilities

• Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure concrete surfaces.
• Set and check the forms that hold concrete to ensure they are well constructed.
• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.
• Smooth the concrete surface.
• Mold expansion joints.
• Pour concrete ensuring that it is level and smooth.
• Implement and observe company safety programs.
• Other duties as directed by the superintendent and/or supervisor.
